Computer Fan Outlet understands the importance of your privacy on and off the Internet. In every action we take, we adhere to our strict privacy policy, which is as follows:

Product Guarantees and Return Policy
All products carry a full factory warranty. If the product you purchased does not live up to its specification's, you can return it for a full refund or credit in the first (30) days. For a refund or credit please email us for a return merchandise authorization number (RMA). Returns must include all documentation, components and packaging.
Products returned that are not defective will be charged a 15% restocking charge. In addition to the restocking charge, shipping and credit card charges will not be refunded.

International Shipments
Unless you have ordered from us before and have previously set up payment arrangements, all international shipments must be pre-approved by us. We suggest you email us with the products you need and the shipping destination and we will contact you regarding payment and shipping arrangements.
